3. User Eligibility and Registration
3.1 Age Requirements
- Users under 13 years of age may only use the Platform with verifiable parental consent in compliance with COPPA
- Users between 13-18 years must have parent or guardian permission

To access the Platform, you must:

- Exceed usage limitations (including the 3-hour limit per AI-powered interactive session)
- Use automated systems or bots to access the Platform
- Misrepresent your identity or affiliation
5. Intellectual Property Rights
5.1 LYAH's Proprietary Rights
All content, features, and functionality on the Platform, including but not limited to:
- Software, algorithms, and AI models
- Text, graphics, logos, and images
- Audio and video content
- Platform design and interface
- Methodologies and teaching approaches
are owned by LYAH or its licensors and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, and trade secret laws.
5.2 Limited License
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Platform for its intended educational purposes during your subscription period.
5.3 User-Generated Content
By submitting content to the Platform, you grant LYAH a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, and display such content solely for providing and improving our services.
6. Privacy and Data Protection
6.1 Data Collection and Use
Our data practices are governed by our Privacy Policy, which complies with:

You are responsible for ensuring:

- Sufficient technical infrastructure
- Updated software and security patches
9. Payment Terms (for Direct Subscribers)
If you purchase services directly:
- All fees are due according to the payment schedule selected
- Prices exclude applicable taxes
- Late payments may result in service suspension
- No refunds for partial subscription periods unless required by law
10. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

- Uninterrupted or error-free service

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW:
- LYAH's total liability shall not exceed the fees paid by you in the 12 months preceding the claim

LYAH does not guarantee specific educational outcomes or improvements in academic performance.
11. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless LYAH, its affiliates, and their respective officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from:

- Your misuse of the Platform
